Overpopulation and it's drawbacks - Through My Eyes 1

'Overpopulation' - It is a common term and is now known to almost every person alive in this world - from young to old. In today's generation overpopulation is the most dangerous of all. I live in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. I think you all know that how our overpopulation have lead to corruption, and poverty. Almost everywhere there is unemployment, suicides and literally a stop to food supplies to many houses. Our country, India is the seventh largest in terms of area and the second most populated (soon to be first) in the world. But in India due to population growth there is not a balanced employment and a very huge catastrophe to economy. Interest rates in bank have been reduced so much that the people who have a fixed amount of money in their accounts are scared that one day they'll get zero interest. Government is giving huge benefits to SC/STs but not to General caste whether it's in job sectors, or in other important fields. In our society, General castes are also known as 'middle class'. Minorities, SC/STs, OBCs are already having a good life because of the government policies but what about the generals? Did they do anything wrong? They should also have the same amount of seats in job sectors. In India, literacy rate is almost falling. Crimes are increasing day by day including corruption, robbery, murder, rape. In a family of 10 members there is only 1 person earning only 1,000/- per month or maybe less. Shouldn't they exercise caution? or be more sincere in the matter of increasing their family members? Shouldn't those people understand what's going on in this difficult pandemic situation? 

Covid19 is spreading in India mainly due to overpopulation. We need money in our bank accounts from the government not packages which will result into a hectic loan after all. Corona virus is spreading because people are scared to death because of poverty, they'll lose their suitable jobs if they didn't attend their working places. Lockdown has created a harsh reality. Stock exchange is dropping almost every hour. Now also some  families and people are not sincere. But what should the government do?
